Description
The Big Issue superfamily is a modern grotesque sans developed with The Big Issue magazine. It started with a bold, single-weight typeface for the 30th-anniversary cover, created in collaboration with Pentagram. Since then, it's grown into a flexible family featuring Narrow, Standard, Wide, and XWide widths, offering solutions for both print and digital needs.
Its design is rooted in historical British grotesque typography, blending classic typographic influences with modern-day functionality. Whether used for bold headlines or refined body text, the Big Issue family works seamlessly across print and digital formats.
Additionally, 10% of all proceeds from the Big Issue superfamily are donated to the Big Issue, extending the type family's impact beyond design.
